Top-ups are processed by Plisio. Invoices open on Plisio, and the dashboard shows pending, paid and expired orders. There is no manual “mark paid” path — your wallet is credited only after Plisio’s signed callback.
Every account has a wallet with a session runway, a full charge ledger and payment history. Promo and redeem codes add credit instantly, and support tickets are available from the same dashboard.
